Unlocking Opportunity…

Challenge:  People often have “unused freedoms” - things they are free to do differently, or better to realize immediate gains.  Behavioral and attitudinal patterns become set in place, forming barriers to reaching higher levels of performance.  An upside opportunity workshop helps to unlock the unused freedoms.

Example:  A company with a strong track record of success and growth hit a plateau.  Over time, habits formed … both good and not so good.  FM evaluated current approach to six, key program elements in context of best practice.  This work focused on discovering opportunities that were liberating for team members, with a high probability to drive better outcomes.

Application:  Even high performing teams get stuck … and benefit from embracing reinvention, rooted in strong fundamentals. Rather than focusing on problems, discovering and piloting new ways of working helps even strong teams realize new upside.
